ハンバーグカレーを頼むと、「時間が掛かる」と言われ、味噌ラーメンを頼むと「今、やってません！」
仕方なく、チャーシュー麺を頼むと、20分位待たされました（汗）
麺は伸び伸びで最悪！
二度と行きません!

今回は、かつ丼をチョイスしましたが、自分好みの濃いめで汁だくのかつ丼はとても美味しくいただきました。
あとは、あっさりした昔ながらの中華そばも美味しいです。

チャーシューを作る時に入れる醤油スープが、そのままラーメンスープになっているような中華そばです。スープにコクや旨み等はありません。やや濃い目の醤油が溶けているだけです。
胡椒は滅多に入れないのですが、これには仕方なく大量に入れました。ラー油やごま油もテーブルに置いてて欲しかったぐらいです(笑)
チャーシューは２枚ありますが、小振りでペラペラに薄くておまけに肉が固い！噛むとパサパサで味もあまりしません。
細縮れ麺は若干柔らかめで、噛むと少しブョっとするような食感。
メンマというよりも、タケノコを薄切りにしたようなものが入っていました。
入店時にも｢いらっしゃい｣も何も言わず、そのまま厨房に行こうとする店主を捕まえて注文。水も出さずにそのまま厨房に消えてしまったので、仕方なしにセルフサービスとも何とも書いてない水を自分で汲んで来ました。
食べ終わっても会計出来る所がどこなのかよく分からず、会計っていう張り紙ぐらいちゃんと出してて欲しいですね！
今回は試しに入ってみましたが、よくこういうやり方で今までずっと営業されてたなぁと関心しました。ホント久々に外しました。

The shrimp noodles are slightly soft and have a biting texture when chewed.
Rather than menma, there was something like sliced bamboo shoots.
At the time of entering the store, he does not say anything, and he catches the owner who wants to go to the kitchen and orders. Since the water disappeared into the kitchen without any water, I came to myself and fetched water that I hadn't written at all.
I don't know exactly where I can check out even after I finish eating, and I would like you to put out a postcard called accounting!
This time I tried it, but I was interested that it was always open in this way until now. Really removed after a long time.
