★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星一も本当はつけたくないです。貧血の検査を受けに行きました。診察で具合をを話し、「今、コロナウイルスも流行っているので心配で、、」と付け加えたら、ここに電話してからきてくださいとコロナウイルス相談センターの紙を渡されて「また処置が必要でしたら来てください」で診察終了、わずか2分ほどでした。診断結果聞けていません。それで1100円って納得いきませんでした。初めの受付でも同じことを話しました。その時に連絡するように言ってくれたらよかったのに、、本当に腹が立ちます。結局、聞きたかったことも検査したかったことも何もできず終わりました。

初診から一週間も経っていないのに、再度初診料を取られました。
会計スタッフに｢風邪が治らないから来たのです。違う病気ではありません。一週間も経っていないのに何故、再診料でなく初診料なのですか？｣と聞いたら｢医師に聞いてください｣と言われました。
これは患者の仕事でなく、会計スタッフの仕事でしょう。
違法行為だと思います。
