a	a ono on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めての来院は、子の発熱です。人気の医院のようで駐車場や院内はたくさんの人が待っているようでした。受付にて初めての来院と子の様子を伝えたところ、発熱してすぐは診察ができないと受付の女性に言われました。解熱剤が家にあるか聞かれ、下の子のならあると伝えたところ、それを使ってもいいと言われました。時期的に見て、インフルを疑われたような感じでしたが、先生の診察も何もする前に、受付で受診せずに帰されたのはこの病院がはじめてです。ここは、先生よりも前に受付で診察してもらえるか判断されるのでしょうか。とてもびっくりしました。 The first visit is fever of child. M	Masahiro Tanaka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも患者さんで溢れかえっている大変人気のクリニックです。こちらで手術を受けましたが、先生の施術は手際良かったです。その後の経過観察は割と適当な感じがありましたが、肝心なところはきちんとしていただいたので不安はありませんでした。問題は、やはり人気ゆえの待ち時間かと思います。 9時開院なのに、早朝に診察券を出しておいて戻ってくる患者さんが結構いらっしゃるそうで、9時ちょうどに行っても診ていただけるのが10時になってしまう、ということがあります。フライング診察券出しは禁止にしていただきたいものですが、伝統的なものかと思いますので仕方ないのかもしれません。せめて、自分がいつぐらいに呼ばれるのか、どのぐらいの人が自分の前にいるのかが分かる仕組みがあると良いかと思います。 (整理券の発券機を置いて、番号で呼び出す等) It is a very popular clinic that is always full of patients. も	もなもん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 乳房が痛んだため受診しました。（診断結果は軽いホルモンの乱れで薬もなしでしたが）取り敢えず乳ガン検査しましょうとのことで、マンモグラフィ検査とエコー検査をしました。（マンモグラフィはしたくなかったのですが、二つで一つの検査なので結局しました）胸の痛み、または乳ガン検査で真島医院さんに受診するか迷っている女性もこの投稿を見るかもしれません。マンモグラフィのときの服装ですが、上半身裸でした。しかし肩と上半身を隠すフリーサイズのケープが用意されていましたので、肌をあまり長い時間晒したくない方も安心できると思います。技師さんは女性で部屋も広くなく、照明も明るくなかったので恥ずかしい思いをすることもないと思いました。先生の対応はいいのですが待合室で待っているとき、他の患者さんが看護師の方から尿検査をしてくださいと紙コップを渡されながら指示を出されていました。他の患者もいる中でそのような指示を出すのはどうなのだろうと思いました。せめて小声で話すか、別の部屋で指示を出すべきではないでしょうか。私は聞こえないふりをしましたが、その患者さんは恥ずかしかったのではと考えてしまいます。少し看護師（受付）の方たちのデリカシー配慮が足りない気がします。 I had a medical examination because my breast hurts. However, a one-size-fits-all cape that hides your shoulders and upper body has been prepared, so even those who do not want to expose their skin for too long can feel at ease. The engineer was a woman, the room wasn't large, and the lighting wasn't bright, so I didn't feel embarrassed. The teacher's response is good, but when I was waiting in the waiting room, another patient was instructed by the nurse to do a urine test while being handed a paper cup. I wondered how to give such an instruction while there are other patients. Shouldn't we at least speak quietly or give instructions in another room? I pretended to be inaudible, but I think the patient was embarrassed. I feel that the delicacy consideration of the nurses (receptionists) is a little insufficient.
a	akimichi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知り合いに進められたので、そちらで見て頂きたいと話をしたところ、受け付けの電話で拒否されました。大体の概要を話すと、それなら大きな病院に診てもらった方が良いの一点張りで、先生に診て頂く事は愚か、初診で伺う事も拒絶されました。鼻で笑うような言い方で、とても不快でした。私の予測ですが、電話に出られた方は事務員の方でないかと思っていますが、電話の時点でその様な態度で、断るのは如何なものかと思います。お医者さんを選ぶのは患者です！ I was promoted by an acquaintance, so when I told him that I would like to see it there, he was rejected by the reception phone. 桂	桂浜竜馬 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 内痔核の手術を受け約１週間の入院をしました。入院棟は建て増し建て増しで少しづつ拡張された感じで設備は新しく毎朝、おばさんが丁寧に掃除してくれるので清潔です。外来専門の看護士さんとマルチ対応の看護士さんと別れていますが、どちらも概ね気の利いた優しい看護士サン達でした。私は三人の先生から診察と治療を受けましたが、それぞれ得意分野が有り情報を共有化し対応してくれているのは素人ながら理解できました。他の口コミをみると事務員さんの評価が低いですが私は、余り気になりませんでした。 I had an operation for internal hemorrhoids and was hospitalized for about a week. M	M H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 健康診断の乳がん検診でひっかかり精密検査の指定病院の一つが真島さんでした。個人病院ですが駐車場は広いですね。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　受付を済ませ検査をしました。マンモグラフィーは服を脱ぎケープを羽織って機械の前に行きます。精密検査なので横からと縦から二方向から撮って頂きました。健診で影があったけど、こちらではそれが見えなかったそうで、確認に３回ほど取り直しされましたが念には念を押してくれてありがたいです。エコーもまずは看護師さんがやってくださり、（検診と結果が違うせいもあって）先生が再度やってくださいました。とても丁寧でした。　健康診断の結果とは違ったものになりましたがこちらの方が精密検査で、健診との相違点は何度も確認して下さって出た結果なので納得しています。先生はにこにこしていて穏やかでした。看護師さんとも和気あいあいのムードで緊張感なく受信できました。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　私の時は看護師さんも受付の方も対応が良かったです。いい病院なのにGoogleの評価は低いのは（以前の？）受付や看護師さんの対応でマイナスがついたのではないかと思います。先生や診察自体はとてもいいと思います。 Mr. Majima was one of the designated hospitals for detailed examinations when he was caught in a breast cancer examination for health examination. Even though it is a good hospital, Google's evaluation is low (previously?) I think that the receptionist and the nurse's response may have negatively affected it. I think the teacher and the medical examination itself are very good.
