In 1928, when the new line of Otetsu (currently Kintetsu-Minami Osaka Line) was constructed, the earth and sand of this pond was collected following the old pond. Was excavated. The ruins from Shinike and Kofun period, especially the six wooden coffins, each have a special structural form, and the fact that many of them were buried is that these relics were further restored and studied to establish the tomb system of the Japanese ancient times. It is a very important material for thinking, and its value is great because it is a rare archaeological site.
In addition, Nakamikurado is the site of the Imperial Thrones of Japan, which was relocated to the capital when Emperor Itoku was relocated to the site of the Imperial Thrones of Japan (Takamikurado), and later became known as the "Mikurado".
