★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ソフトクリームが美味しいというので来店しました。豆乳で作ったソフトクリームがあっさり味で重くなく美味しかった。店内はお豆腐専門店らしく揚げ出し豆腐やおからのコロッケやおからドーナツ等ヘルシーなお豆腐製品がたくさんありどれも美味しそうでした。
I came to the store because the soft serve ice cream is delicious. The soft serve ice cream made from soy milk had a light taste and was not heavy. It looks like a tofu specialty store, and there are lots of healthy tofu products such as fried tofu, okara croquette and okara donuts, and they all looked delicious.

Products made with special beans such as local beans, Iwate, Yamagata and Hokkaido are exquisite. We go for Yamato-boiled yuba tofu and bean meat that are not readily available at supermarkets. The soy milk is also rich and can be drunk or put in a pan.
