この会社で面接をして即採用の連絡をいただきました。求人広告には自家用車を持ち出すとは一言も記載されていないのに自家用車の持ち出しを、すすめられます。どう考えても、個人にはデメリットなら条件です！！その時点で予定していた他の面接はお断りの連絡をしました。が、その後すぐに求人とは、違うの条件の仕事をしてほしいという連絡がコントラクトから何度かあり、面接では聞いていない内容のものばかり。研修としてやってくれと言われ、断ったら交渉決別でした。面接の時に話があったならまだしも、採用の途端に派遣の穴埋めてきなお願いをされてしまうようです。とにかく、自分たちの都合のいいようにしか仕事を進めてこない。承諾しないと、契約をきるような自分たちのことしか考えてない会社だなと感じました。
