良い香りのついた案内カードを頂き、再度伺いたくなった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一度入店し、店員が一人しかいないため並ばない方は対応できないと言われ、並んで待つように指示をされたが混雑していたので、店内を回ってから再度伺ったら、お客様一人が接客中で待ちがいなかったので並んで待っていたら、接客が終わった途端に並んでいないお客様を先に接客していた。並んだ私はただの待ちぼうけ。「申し訳ありません、こちらのお客様が先に待っていたので。」の一言のみ告げられて終了。Diorのコスメが大好きで別の百貨店で長年購入していたが、こちらの販売員の失礼な態度とブランドの質を下げるレベルの低い接遇に腹も立ち、がっかりもした。まあ、販売員自身のメイクもブランドにミスマッチだったし、その人からアドバイス受けなくてよかったなあって、あとから思いました。

I love Dior cosmetics and bought them at another department store for many years, but I was disappointed by the rude attitude of the sales staff and the low level of hospitality that reduced the quality of the brand. Well, the salesperson's own makeup was also a mismatch with the brand, and I didn't have to get any advice from that person, so I thought later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 限定のショッパーに入れてくれなかった上にサンプルは1つ。全国的にDiorの評判悪いのでどうかな？と試しに買ってみましたがやっぱり評判通りでした。オンラインでは丁寧に梱包されて可愛いラッピングをしてくれる上にサンプルも2つは必ず入ります。テクスチャや香り、色味を見るのは店舗でしかできない事ですがリピ買いする等であればオンラインが1番良いです。
