ホテルの近くにあるこじんまりとした居酒屋さんでした。入るのにすごく勇気が必要でしたが、入ってみるとアットホームな居酒屋で、ママさんひとりで切り盛りしておりました。
春先にお邪魔したこともあり、春野菜を使ったサラダなど食べましたが、今まで食べてきた中でダントツです。ドレッシングは手作りと言っていた気がしますが、あの味は未だ再現できません。絶対に、会津に行ったときはお邪魔します。近くに住んでいる人が羨ましい…。常連になりたいです。
I was disturbed during my business trip.
It was a small izakaya near the hotel. I needed a lot of courage to enter, but when I entered, I was at a cozy izakaya and mama was preparing the meal alone.
I had some trouble in the early spring, so I ate a salad using spring vegetables, but it is by far the best I've ever eaten. I think the dressing was handmade, but I can't reproduce that taste yet. I will definitely bother you when I go to Aizu. I envy those who live nearby ... I want to be a regular customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会津地鶏とそば粉を使った創作料理がおいしい。日本酒の種類も、そこそこ揃っています。カウンターと６名程度のテーブルしかないので、少人数に向いてます。カウンターの中の女将さんは、ときとして人を選ぶことがあります。趣味でやってるお店ですね。固定客でもまわして行けるのでしょう。気に入れば、行くのもいいでしょう。その内、常連にしてもらえます。
Creative dishes using Aizu chicken and buckwheat flour are delicious. There is a good selection of Japanese sake. Since there is only a counter and a table for about 6 people, it is suitable for a small number of people. The landlady in the counter sometimes chooses a person. It's a hobby shop. Even fixed customers can turn around. If you like it, you can go. Among them, it is a regular customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素敵な女将さんが一人で切り盛りするお店です。お刺身はありませんが、会津の酒に合う料理が美味しい。ジャズが流れる中静かに酒と料理を味わうことができる所です。
It is a shop where a wonderful landlady manages by himself. There is no sashimi, but the food that goes well with Aizu's sake is delicious. It is a place where you can enjoy sake and food quietly while jazz is playing.

落ち着いたゆったりとした時間をお過ごし下さい。

An izakaya renovated from an old warehouse. However, the inside is beautiful. Aizu's mother cooks home-cooked dishes and tastes local sake. There are many hot sakes, but there are also sakes that are easy to drink. The recovery from fatigue using ginseng was delicious ~
