事務なのか受付なのか女性の怒鳴り声で「〇〇さん！？何で駐車料金払って無いんですか！？」と、罵声。こちらは車も所持しておらず、そもそも折り返しの電話なのに怒鳴られる意味がわからない。折り返しの趣旨を説明した所「何の用件か分かります？」そんなのこちらが聞きたいし、電話に出た際の謝罪は一切無し。担当の方の対応は丁寧でしたが、受付の方の対応が最悪でした、退去してよかったです。
A place where I got a call during work and couldn't answer on the spot
Whether it was office work or reception, a woman yelled, "Mr. OO !? Why didn't you pay the parking fee !?" I don't have a car here, and even though it's a call back in the first place, I don't understand the meaning of being yelled at. When I explained the purpose of the call back, "Do you know what the matter is?" I want to ask this, and there is no apology when I answer the phone. The person in charge was polite, but the receptionist was the worst, so I'm glad I moved out.
