椎	椎名ナナ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居当初、設備不良等でやりとりをした時、不快な対応で、そして解約時には立会いをせずに鍵だけ返却してとのこと。過去の管理会社はどこも必ず立ち会って一緒に修繕箇所などの確認をしていました。しかしここは一緒に立会いもせずに修繕箇所の見積りが出たら送ると言われ、怖いと思いました。悪徳なのかと不安に思い、立会いを希望しましたが「立ち会っても意味ないですよ。」と言われ色々話しました。修繕費を払わないとも言っていないし、こちらのした不良はもちろん払うのが当たり前なのもわかっています。こちらの話に上手に返答してくれればいいのに人を馬鹿にしたような言い方で、こちらの話を聞き入れてもらえないので「もういいです。解約日に鍵だけ返却します」と敷金をぼったくられる覚悟で電話を切りました。違う不動産で見つけた物件でも、どこが管理している物件かどうか確認することをおすすめします。 At the beginning of moving in, when exchanging due to equipment failure etc., it was an unpleasant response, and when canceling the contract, only the key was returned without witnessing.
