★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 森林浴やブナ林・清流など、大自然を満喫出来ます。特に清流は透明で冷たく、５秒も我慢できませんでした。
 You can enjoy nature such as forest bathing, beech forest and clear stream. Especially the clear stream was transparent and cold, and I could not stand for 5 seconds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6月、梅雨の切れ目に歩いてきました。常に聞こえる沢の音と、鳥の声が聞こえ、人工的な音は一切無いのでとても気持ちよく過ごせました。
晴れていたので足元もよく、快適に歩けましたが、雨天はきちんと装備を固めないと厳しいかもしれません。
In June, I walked to the break of the rainy season. The sound of the swamps that I always heard, the voice of the birds, and no artificial sounds at all, so I felt very comfortable.
It was sunny, so my feet were good and I was able to walk comfortably, but in the rain it may be tough if I do not harden my equipment properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大人の男四人で全部まわって1時間半でした。景観は素晴らしいですね。コースは優しい方です。湧水の辺りがちょっと登りの道があるくらいです。あ、熊はたまに出るようですから気をつけてください。
It was an hour and a half for all four adult men. The scenery is wonderful. The course is kind. There is a little climbing road around the spring. Oh, bears seem to come out occasionally, so please be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 遊歩道が整備され、ブナ林と美しい湧水が楽しめます。森や植物の観察や写真撮影に最適。毎年GWに来てますが、山からの風が冷たく残雪があるため、長靴と防寒着が必須です。
Promenade are in place, you can enjoy a beautiful spring water and beech forest. Ideal for observation and photography of forests and plants. I come to GW every year, but since the wind from the mountain is cold and snow remains, boots and winter clothes are essential.

It seems that most of the people went home after seeing the Great King, but I don't think it's worth it unless they go around the promenade.

すごい景色が待っているということではないかな。
片道30分位の場所にブナの大木がありますが…
特別驚くほど大きくもありません。
まぁ、それでも周囲の原生林には気分がいいです。
歩道はすべてボードウォークになってるので歩きやすいです。
It's like a normal forest hike.

There is a big beech tree about 30 minutes one way, but ...
Not particularly surprisingly large.
Well, I still feel good about the surrounding virgin forest.
All sidewalks are boardwalks, so it's easy to walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しっかり木道が整備されて歩きやすいです。ただ、途中岩場などがあり少し気を付けて歩かなければならないところもあります。
この日は、途中から突然どしゃ降りになり雨の中を濡れながら2時間も歩くことになりました。
山の天気は、変わりやすいのでレインウェアは必須かもしれません。
どしゃ降りの雨で川が増水して溢れていました。雨だと滑るしなかなか歩くのも大変でした。
The wooden path is well maintained and it is easy to walk. However, there are some rocky areas along the way that you have to be careful when walking.
On this day, it suddenly fell down from the middle and I had to walk for two hours while getting wet in the rain.
Rainwear may be a must, as the weather in the mountains can change.
The river was flooded with heavy rain. It was difficult to walk because it slipped in the rain.

あちこちで熊鈴がなって、何組かの人に逢いました。緑が綺麗で、気持ちいい散策ができます。
所々、足場の木が腐っていたりするので気を付けて歩いたらいいかなぁ。
私はゆっくり、キノコみたりして歩いたので2時間40分くらいでした。
I went for a walk today on a sunny autumn day.
There were bear bells here and there, and I met several groups of people. The greenery is beautiful and you can take a pleasant walk.
The scaffolding trees are rotten in some places, so I wonder if I should be careful when walking.
I walked slowly, looking at mushrooms, so it took about 2 hours and 40 minutes.
