★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15日入居したのですが、『契約日は1日からにする必要があります。フリーレントをつけて無料にするので、入居は15日からですが1日からの契約にしてください』と言われ、無料ならと契約しました。あとあと契約書を細かく確認すると「1年未満で解約する場合はフリーレント代金を支払わなければならない」と書かれていて損しかしないことに気付きました。契約時にこの件の説明はありませんでした。信用できない会社です。

対応が遅いうえ悪く、客を見て判断します。
対応をお願いした際には1ヶ月経っても連絡がなく、確認したら忙しくて忘れていたなどということもありました。またその後は対応していないのに嘘の報告されたりと大変な目に遭いました。
何も期待していません。
