トイレは和式です。
塩とんこつを頂きました。あっさりでスープも飲み干せました。量は少なめなので替玉したかった！
豚濁醤油を頼んだ旦那もはまったよう。
The store is narrow. One table. There is a child chair.
The toilet is Japanese style.

結論的には、ちょっと残念な感じでした。
若い方は◎だったのですが、年配の方の接客が“ぶぅ”でした。
ラーメンの味は、スープの熱さが足りず。
I found it by the way and remembered that the swan in Naka-ku was delicious, and visited.
In conclusion, it was a bit disappointing.
The younger one was ◎, but the service of the elderly was “bupo”.
The flavor of the ramen is not enough for the soup.

リーズナブルであっさりした旨味のあるダシで美味しかったー！ミニ角煮丼も食べましたが、角煮がとても柔らかく◯また、呉に行った時に、訪れたいな❗️ご馳走様でした?✨

オプションの価格帯は少し高いのですが·····。写真のトッピングはチャーシューメンにデラックストッピング追加プラスワンタンで総額約1400円。(デラックス300円プラスワンタン200円)
更に豚角煮がプラス200円でつけることも可能です。
正直、オプションなしでもラーメン自体はそれなりに美味しいです。柚子の香りがするサッパリ系ですね。
店員の接客については、同じ市内にどとんこつという店もあるのですが、あちらは店員の質が悪すぎて行く気すら起きないです。こちらの店主も愛想はそんなに良くないのですが、ちゃんといらっしゃいませとありがとうございましたとは口にするのでどとんこつよりは接客がマシです。(あくまでマシってレベルですけど)
残念なのは、麺の湯切りが機械ってところ。
ラーメンと言えば平ザルで勢いよく湯切りをする方がかっこいい(もちろん機械も遠心力で勢いよく湯切りをするので、変わらないのですが)
ま。気分の問題かなと。個人的に、麺を脱水機にかけてる感がして、あまり好きではないってだけです。

・島とうがらし餃子 [400円]
島とおがらし餃子に惹かれて入ってみました。
ラーメンは素朴なとんこつラーメン。おいしいです。
チャーシューは薄くとろっとしています。
メンマは臭みが無くスープの味とよく合っているのが良いです。
島とうがらし餃子は、結構辛かったです。
この辛さをあえて餃子にする必要はない気も...。

・ Bu Ramen [590 yen]
・ Island red pepper dumplings [400 yen]
I was attracted to the island and the gyoza dumplings.
Ramen is a simple tonkotsu ramen. it's delicious.
The char siu is thin and thick.
Menma should have no odor and match the taste of the soup.
The island pepper dumplings were quite spicy.
I don't think it's necessary to make dumplings with this spiciness.
