吉	吉川工事 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久々の大勝軒。大勝軒と言えば、山岸さんが池袋の店を再開発で閉める時、最終日に食べた思い出のお店。当時の仕事が地域密着な仕事だったのもあり、中華そばに餃子とか入れてもらったり、並んでる横から注文出来たりとかなり優遇してもらいました。本当は池袋本店に行きたかったけど、平日なのでさすがにそれは無理ということで浦和へ。もりそば普通に味玉、チャーシュー。餃子が食べたかったけど、売り切れだったのでチャーシューに。食べた印象としては、麺が美味しい。帰り際にポスターに麺の仕入れ先みたいのが書いてあったけど、写真には撮れず。詳しいことは分からないけど、麺の香りや艶がとても好みでした。、つけ汁も醤油ベースでしっかりとした味。チャーシューも柔らかくスープに馴染んでとても美味しかった。次は大盛りをって思っていた矢先、他のお客さんが頼んでいた辛いヤツが気になったのでそれを頼んでみたい。 Daishoken after a long absence. や	やましん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「煮干濃厚中華そば」720円＋大盛り130円＝850円(税込)を頂きました。「煮干」や「濃厚」なるネーミングから選びましたが、ただの塩分の強いスーパーで売っている様なというのが的確な表現と思われる「食堂などにありそうな味噌ラーメン」という感じでした。濃厚さも煮干感も余り感じませんでした。ただ麺は「細麺」か「中太麺」が選べるのがいいですね。あと支払は席でしてくれるのもいいです。 11:20に入店しましたが席は7割位埋まっていました。11:30には店外に待ち列が出来ていました。基本的につけ麺店でしょうから私のメニュー選びが失敗だったようです。次回はつけ麺に挑戦してみます。 We received "Niboshi rich Chinese noodles" 720 yen + large serving 130 yen = 850 yen (tax included).
