夫婦おふたりでやっているのだとしたら、意思疎通が丁寧語なのはすばらしいです。そこかしこのメモ、ラーメン屋には珍しいウェットおしぼり、エコ箸と割り箸両方の存在などサービスに力を入れているのがわかります。
特製の濃厚つけめんを注文。めんはもう少し柔らかいほうが好きですが、スープは魚介ベースの美味しい濃厚スープでした。自家製の味玉も良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3年前まで勤めていた職場が近かったから、トマトつけ麺を時々食べに行ってました。ポタージュっぽい濃いめのスープに麺がよく絡んで美味しくて、日にちが経つとまた食べたくなる、私好みの味でした。麺を食べ終わったら、スープにだし汁を少し足して全部飲み干せます。仕事を辞めてからは、自宅からでは遠いのでしばらく行ってませんが、他では食べれなくて恋しくなってきたので、交通費かけてでも価値ありと思い、久しぶりに行ってきました。3年ぶりにも関わらず、ご夫婦は覚えてくださっていて、感激しました。また恋しくなったら、食べに行きます！

トマトつけ麺を注文。
濃厚で甘口なテイスト。半分食べたところで店員さんからオススメされたフルーツ酢をかける。するとトマトの酸味が際立ち、濃厚だったテイストがサッパリとした風味になり、かつ甘みを損なわずとても素晴らしい味の変化だった。
一度で2度美味しい。
今度は濃厚つけ麺頂きに参ります。

ちょっと甘いけれど、唐辛子をちょいと振り掛けるといい感じです。
接客も丁寧で良い感じ。
惜しむらくはスープが少ない?スープ割は無し？
量的には食べ終わると丁度無くなる感じ。
食べ終わってから気付いたが30円で追加も出来るのね。

麺はモチモチというほどでなく
案外簡単に噛み切れる。
(個人的にはもっとモチモチの方が好み)
お店のお父さんもお母さんも店を出る時に気持ちの良い挨拶をしてくださった。
