管理会社ってこんなものと言われればしょうがないのですが。
とりあえず次住むならこの管理会社の賃貸には絶対に住みません。

軽自動車専用がある駐車場で、駅の近くにも関わらず格安に契約できたのでとても助かりました。
手続きはスムーズで、すぐに契約させて頂き、更新や退去の時の手続きも手間がかからず凄く楽でした。
ただ一つ、契約中、駐車場の代金をクレジット払いや口座引き落としができず、毎回銀行振り込みだった為、忙しい自分にとっては大変でした。

It was a parking lot dedicated to light cars, and it was very helpful because I was able to make a cheap contract even though it was near the station.
The procedure was smooth, I signed the contract immediately, and the procedure for renewal and moving out was very easy without any hassle.
The only thing was that during the contract, I couldn't pay the parking lot by credit card or debit the account, and I had to make a bank transfer every time, so it was hard for me because I was busy.
