I've lived in Matsue and have been very grateful for three years.
We are very grateful for the prompt and courteous response to all requests and inquiries regarding noise issues, handling of trash, pest control, etc. as well as general office procedures such as rent and parking contract.
If you are a student of Shimane University, I think it is not a bad idea to consider it as one of the candidates when looking for a property.

I came to the store to look for a room before. There were some employees inside, but no greetings. I felt that the room information was also very appropriate. I was newly married at the time and went to find a room, but I felt the worst.
