車のトラブルで、1番近いタクシー会社に電話したのですが、場所がわかりづらいから1km先の国道まで歩けだとか(雨の中)、他にもいろいろあったがとにかく言葉遣いが酷い
電話対応すらまともにできない会社のタクシーに乗るのは自殺行為だと思います
 Worst phone support
I called the nearest taxi company because of a car trouble, but it was difficult to find the location, so I could walk to the national highway 1 km away (in the rain), and there were many other things, but the wording was terrible.
I think it's a suicide act to take a taxi from a company that can't even answer the phone.
