一部のドライバーだけかもしれませんが、
すごく不快な思いをしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の対応が過去最低！ 予約が取れていないし、運転手には頼んだ事が、何も伝わっていないし！ 運転手が、センターに場所の問い合わせしてもなにも応答なし！ 運転手が悪いわけじゃなくて、受付や本部が最低！ 二度と頼まない！
The reception is the lowest ever! I haven't made a reservation, and I haven't heard anything from the driver! No response when driver asks center for location! The driver is not bad, reception and headquarters are the lowest! Never ask again!

最初から言えと
昼間利用の時も一般企業からしたらありえない応対をしてくる
適当なのかド田舎で商売っけがないのか分からないが
はっきりいって二度と利用したくなくなる
正直星なんて1つも付けたくないが、書かないと気が収まらないので付けました
ここじゃなくて東鉄利用した方がいいよ

タクシーはR248から細い道を通り右折です、私は大原自動車学校方面へ向かって直進です。
タクシーは安全確認もせず飛び出してきました、後部座席にはお客さんも乗っていたのに、ブレーキを踏むこともなく、運転手は右手を上げて走り去りました。
こんな運転手の居る多治見タクシーには乗りたくないと思いました。またどんな社内教育をしておられるのか知りたいです。お客さんが居る居ない関係なく安全運転でお願いします。
星は１ではなくゼロです。
At about 5:35 pm on February 6, 2020, I hit a Tajimi taxi in Oharamachi.
The taxi is a right turn from R248 along a narrow road, I go straight toward Ohara Driving School.
The taxi rushed out without any safety confirmation, and although the passenger was in the backseat, he did not step on the brakes and the driver raised his right hand and ran off.
I didn't want to take a Tajimi taxi with such a driver. I also want to know what kind of in-house training you are doing. I would like safe driving regardless of where the customer is.
The star is zero, not one.

ロボットではないので仕方ありませんが、いい人もいればとても悪い人もいます。斉藤さんというおじいちゃんぐらいの人は急ブレーキしたのにもかかわらず、（タクシーが悪くなくても）大丈夫ですか？の一言もありませんでした。お声かけ一つは大切だと思います。その急ブレーキが打撲やむち打ちを生むこともあります。いい人がいるのでまた利用したいとは思いますが、指導を徹底してもらいたいです。そんな人が目立つせいで全体的にそう思われてしまうのは普段からちゃんとしてる人が可哀想。

There was no word. I think one voice is important. The sudden braking can cause bruising and whiplash. There are good people, so I would like to use it again, but I would like you to give thorough guidance. It's a pity for people who are usually decent to think that way because such people stand out.
