★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 振袖をクリーニングに出そうと色々調べてこちらにお願いしました。30分ほどかけて説明を受け、お支払いして着物をお預けしました。2ヶ月ほどかかるということは聴いておりましたので無問題。お電話を受け引き取りに伺ったところ、550円プラスになったと。引き取りに伺う前にお電話で説明もできたはずですよね？車を待たせていたので、さっさと支払い引き取ってきましたが、こんな嫌な思いをしたことはありません。クリーニング自体はきちんとされていたと思いたいです。

I want to think that the cleaning itself was done properly.
