★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スーパープレミアム卵を買いました。
この店のホームページの写真のような綺麗で持ち上がった黄身の卵と、非常に楽しみに持って帰りました。
生で食べようと割ってみたら、
黄身はぺちゃんこで、シワシワの膜があり、古い卵特有の外観のように感じました。
返しに行くのも遠いので、火を入れて食べることになりました。
とても残念です。
これは、正常だったのでしょうか？
たまたま、ハズレをひいたのでしょうか？
 I bought a super premium egg.
I was very excited to bring back the beautiful and lifted yolk eggs like the one on the homepage of this shop.
When I tried to eat it raw,
The yolk was pechanko and had a wrinkled film, which made it look like an old egg.
It's a long way to go back, so I decided to put it on fire and eat it.
It is very disappointing.
Was this normal?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店のオススメは黒ニンニクのようですが、こちらのいか塩辛キムチが大好きでたまに買いに行きます。コチュジャンがいい感じで辛すぎずお先にもごはんにも合います。さきいかキムチは甘めでお酒のお供一択です。
The restaurant recommends black garlic, but I love this squid salted kimchi and I go there occasionally. Gochujang is a nice touch and it goes well with rice and rice. Sakii Kimchi is a sweet and liquor choice.
