デ	デグチショウヘイ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近くに大型スポーツジムがないためかなり混んでいる。フリーウェイトやスミスマシンは常連が延々と使っているのでいつまでも使えないコロナ禍のなか大声で喋りまくる方々等々スタッフや設備、プログラムはとても素晴らしいのだが通ってる人が残念な人が多かった It is quite crowded because there is no large sports gym nearby. c	cham W. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4年ほど前まで通ってました。スタッフさんの優しさやマンツーマンも向き合って貰え変わる事が出来ました。当時のスタッフさんはもう居ませんが良い結果に結びつきました。大和八木で良かったと今は思います。 I went there about 4 years ago. М	М on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施設そのものは広く快適ですが、このコロナ禍の中でもノーマクスで話す方が多く、マナーの欠片もない方が多くお勧めはできない施設です。お得なキャンペーンはやってるけど感染させられちゃ身も蓋もないです。またいってるまにクラスターでるでしょうね必ず！！スタッフも口ばかりで行動にうつせなければ同類です。 The facility itself is large and comfortable, but even in this corona disaster, there are many people who speak with no max, and there are many people who do not have a piece of etiquette, so it is not recommended. The lessons are in Japanese, though you could probably just follow the actions of the instructor if you wanted. All the machines are well maintained and generally clean. Other gym users seem nice and stick to themselves on the most part. Changing rooms are clean and tidy. This gym has a pool. I haven’t used it so cant comment. I think it requires your to wear a swim cap and googles. Not much of a lane swimmer myself. The down side is that it has very limited opening hours (10am-11pm)and is closed on Tuesdays. Would be great if they would open much earlier, or potentially open 24/7. Closing for a full day once a week seems too much. Might be a standard in Japan though
