M	Masayuki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 屋上防水の不具合(ウレタン防水膨れ)が有り、保証期間内だったので連絡して見に来てもらったところ、「原因が分からないが弊社の工事が原因ではないので別途見積り致します」と、たいして調査もせず見て数分で言われました。前回工事から３年程度での不具合だった事も有り、何を根拠に判断して工事するのか不安になり、防水工事の資格証を出してほしいと伝えたところ、「防水工事に関しての資格証は会社も従業員もないです、長年の経験です。他社の作業員も大体持ってないです」と言われました。いや前回あなたの判断による未施工箇所が有ったせいで今回の不具合が起きたんでしょうが。とりあえずこちらの負担で施工しましたが、補修工事に関する保証期間を見積り時は２年と言っていたのが、余りに社長の信用性がないので、とぼけて「保証期間は何年でしたっけ？」と聞いたところ「１年です」と平然と嘘をつかれました。「保証期間は見積り時２年って言ってましたよね？(メールにも証拠)」と言うと「あ～そうでしたっけ？じゃあ２年です。」と全く悪びれもせず平然と言いました。工事に対する保証は何としても避けたいという意思が感じられました。工事自体も下請けに丸投げでしょうし。この会社に工事任せるのは気をつけてください。 There was a problem with the rooftop waterproofing (urethane waterproofing swelling), so when I contacted him to see it, he said, "I don't know the cause, but our construction is not the cause, so I will estimate it separately."
