少なくとも私が頼んだことは3つぐらい無視されてます。(電話ではやっておくと言いながら)
ここが管理してる物件はやめておいた方がいいと思います。

すごく感じが悪いしなんと言っているのか聞き取れない上に、聞き返すと凄く不機嫌な感じになってしまう。
こちらとしても凄く不快な気持ちになります。
チャット対応にして欲しいくらいです。
取り敢えず、ここが管理している物件はもう住まないです。
追記
先述しているsaki様とは全くの別人です。
上記の内容は私個人が感じたものとなります。
Phone support is the worst.
It feels really bad and I can't hear what you're saying, and when I hear it back, it feels really bad.
It will be very uncomfortable for me as well.
I want it to be chat-enabled.
For the time being, I no longer live in the property managed by this place.
