★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住宅型有料老人ホームですね。ここは入居時16 〜 30 万円で、月額11 〜 13 万円かかるみたいです。この前を通ると施設の前で入居者が建物の前でタバコを吸っているのが時々見られますが、そこに介護士の姿が見えないの。前は道路よ、大丈夫なの？ この施設の問題点はおそらく騒音だと思うのね。この施設は二つの道路が交差する角地にあるの。つまり交差点ね。こういう場所は施設でも住居でも車の音が響くのよ。交差点って言うことは赤信号で車が止まるよね。すると青信号で発進する。ここが一番の音が出るところなの。二重サッシとかされているならいいけど。で無ければ、夜間は気になると思うわ。体験入居されるべきと思います。
