★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここねアイケアハウスってgoogle mapに表示されているんだけど現地で見てHPで探してみるとサービス付き高齢者向け住宅『暮らしさ瓜破東』ってなっているの。どちらが本当？
で、経費なんだけどホームページによると
家 賃52,000円共益費25,500円生活支援4,500円食費45,000円で、合計127,000円（税込）
生活保護受給者は家賃40,000円共益費15,000円生活支援4,500円食費45,000円 で合計104,500円（税込）で敷金が二か月分ね。この規模ならちょっと権利金がお高いかなぁ。まあ、ヘルパーのレベル次第かもね？
 Here, eye care house is displayed on google map, but when I look at it locally and look for it on the website, it says "Living in Uriwarihigashi", a house for the elderly with services. Which is true?
