味はシンプルで、余計なものは入れない主義のようです。
基本はフワッと焼き上げるお好み焼きでした。
ただし、麺をパリパリに焼いてほしいなどの要望は応じてくれるようです。
とても気さくで、雰囲気が良かったです。
