ぴ	ぴょんきちたろう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付にいる女性、テキパキお仕事していて言っている事も正論なんですが、ちょっと言い方がキツイかな……って感じの人がいます。その人、けっして間違ってる事を言ってる訳じゃないんですけどね、『おっしゃる通りでございます。反論はございません』って感じなんですけどね、なんせ、整形外科に行くような皆さんは、だいたいどこかが痛い人ばかりなんですから、もうちょっと優しい言い方してもいいんじゃないかと思うのは私だけでしょうかね？ちょっと前の話ですが、午前中の診察の受付時間終了ぴったり位にやって来た患者さんがいて、『午前中の受付は終了しました！ダメなものはダメなんです！』と言われていたのを見てしまい、なんだかその患者さんが気の毒になってしまいました。その日は混み合っていたのかもしれないし、時間が来たら適当な所でお断りしないと先生の機嫌が悪くなるとか、なんか事情があったんだろうけど、もうちょっと優しい言い方ないの？って感じの言い方でした。ここは病院なので、お店や飲食店と同じようなサービスは求めませんが、こちらで働く方々は、一度接客業の方が行くような研修に行った方がよろしいんじゃないですかね。それから、腰痛持ちの家族がたまにこちらで診察してもらう事があり、毎回飲み薬と湿布を出されて帰宅してきますが、『1回1錠』の薬と『1回2錠』の薬が同じ袋に入っていたり、『1日2回』の薬と『1日3回』の薬が同じ袋に入っていたりするので、非常にイライラします?薬の袋をケチりたいんでしょうか？ The woman at the reception is working What I'm saying is correct, There are people who feel that it's a little hard to say.
