チャーシューは、箸でつまむのが難しいほど柔らかです。

The dumplings were delicious. But ramen soup isn't the taste I want to try again. The noodles are the worst. I don't think I'll go anymore.

札幌のみそラーンを食べ慣れてると、少しコクが物足りなく感じました。麺はもちもちしていて、チャーシューもやわらかく、スープはもう少しでしたが、全体的に、まぁまぁでした。
チャーハンは普通に美味しかっです。
表面におこげがついているのが印象的でした。

久しぶりに夕方来店してみました。
黒板メニューに、おつまみミニステーキが新たに付け加えられていました。
早速ラーメンと、おつまみミニステーキを注文してみました。
10分掛からない位で配膳されました。
ミニステーキが鉄板の上でジュージュー音をたてています。
旨そうですよ?
食べてみると肉は柔らかく、とても旨い‼️
ニンニクチップと一緒に食べると、旨い‼️
ラーメンも久しぶりだったので、麺もスープもチャーシューもとても美味しい‼️
ラーメンのスープまで呑みきり、ステーキをたいらげて
ご馳走さまでした。
半ライスを付けても良いかもしれません。
美味しかったです‼️

中々雰囲気が良い食堂ですね

とにかく味噌ラーメンのスープが良い
いつも食べてる札幌風の味噌とは違った味噌の風味、
どちらかと言うと素朴な味噌味、
味噌汁みたいな味噌ラーメン(*´艸`)
、
これがまた味わい深くてクセになります、これだと他の醤油と塩ラーメンが気になりますね、
気になるついでにステーキが気になりまた寄らせてもらいます、
一度はご賞味アレヽ(●´ε｀●)ノ

やはりこのお店に来たからにはチャーシューめんに決まりです。ふとカウンターの上の黒板を見ると、以前はメニューになかったシューマイが目に飛び込んで来たので、思わず一緒に注文。
私以外のお客さんが1名しかいなかったせいか、数分でお料理到着です。
まずは懐かしいチャーシューめんのスープを一口。醤油の味がしっかり効いた鶏ガラスープが美味しいです。まさに昔ながらの王道の味です。ストレートながら少し縮れた細麺も食感が非常に良く、スープがよく絡んで旨いです。そしてお待ち兼ねのチャーシューです。1枚丸々を口に頬張ると、お口の中でとろけながらほぐれていきます。まさに絶品です。スープ、麺、チャーシューを交互に楽しんでいるうちに、あっという間に完食です。

The food arrived in a few minutes, probably because there was only one customer other than me.
First of all, a bite of nostalgic char siu noodle soup. The chicken glass soup with the good taste of soy sauce is delicious. It is exactly the taste of the old-fashioned royal road. The straight but slightly crispy thin noodles have a very good texture, and the soup is often entwined and delicious. And the long-awaited char siu. If you put a whole piece in your mouth, it will melt and loosen in your mouth. It's truly exquisite. While enjoying the soup, noodles, and char siu alternately, it's finished in no time.
It was a treat.
