ムキムキになりたい人より、機能的で動けるカラダを求める人向きのジムだと思います。後、慢性的な体の不調（肩こり、腰痛、運動すると同じ場所を痛めるなど）を改善したい人にもオススメです。
リニューアルされた後から会員はタオルのレンタルが出来る様になったけど、そのタオルが綿じゃなくてマイクロファイバーなのが個人的にマイナスなので★4つです。

もともと股関節の受けが浅い為、それが原因で故障をしないようにと通い始めました。
レッスンはとても楽しみながらやっていて、「これをするとこの動きが良くなるんだ〜！」という発見が毎回あります。
娘も毎回行くたびに、身体が軽くなるようで、身体が重く動き辛くなると先生の所に行きたがります！

スカッシュを始めたスポーツジムで、須賀コーチがパーソナルトレーナーをやっていた事とジュニアの身体づくりに精通している事を知っていたので、コーチがつくったスマラボを迷わず選ぶ。
コーチのつくる《楽しく体幹を充分に鍛えられるフィジカルトレーニングメニュー》で息子の体幹みるみる鍛えられ、試合に勝てるように。
おかげ様で全日本の強化候補選手に選出されるまでに。コーチにご指導を仰いで本当によかったと思う。息子はトレーニングを毎週楽しみにしている。
