R	R T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 館内の様子まだ設立して間もないのでとても綺麗で清掃が行き届いています。広さは他のジムと比べてかなり狭く、マシンとパーソナルスペース、小さい更衣室とトイレがあります。シャワーはありません。 SONIXとMILON SONIXは正直効いているのかわかりませんが、効いている気はします。MILONは最先端を自称するだけあってハイテクです。詳しくはHP内に書いてあるので割愛しますが、初めて使うと驚きます。ただ、ジムによって決められた回数しか1日に使用することができないので注意が必要です。スタッフ対応初回の体験の時に分からないことや聞きたいことがあれば親切丁寧に教えていただけます。アットホームな雰囲気で合う人には合うと思われます。美男美女ぞろいですね。向いている人トレーニングを手短に効率よく行いたい方、ダイエットや体形維持したい方、リハビリをしたい方向いていない人トレーニング後にシャワーを浴びたい方、同じ種目しかできないので飽き性の方、時間をかけてトレーニングしたい方総評館内は清潔でマシンは最先端ですが、万人受けするジムではなく、かなり人を選ぶジムですので一度体験してみて自身にあっているかよく考えて入会した方が良さそうです。 State of the hall It is very clean and clean as it is just set up.
