h	ho. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ へぎ蕎麦を初めて食べてきました。野菜天ぷらへぎ蕎麦を食べました。天ぷらは揚げたてですごく美味しかったです。へぎ蕎麦もコシがあって美味しかったです。ですが、店員さんの女の人がせっかちで、すごく雑な人がいたので、とても残念でした。 I have eaten Hegi soba noodles for the first time. T	T WATAZAWA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「食事がしたい。できれば栃尾の油揚げが食べたい」 15時過ぎに長岡駅で尋ねると真っ先に進めてくれたのが長岡小嶋屋さんだった。店に到着したのが１６時近くと微妙な時間。それでも店は営業していた。メニュー拝見して、油揚げはもちろんのことそばのおいしい店だからそばも食べたい。そして、初めて聞くタレかつ丼も気になる。迷っていて目に留まったのが、今回選んだメニュー「タレカツ丼セット」。他にも「へぎそばとタレかつ丼セット」もある。両者の違いは、前者はへぎそばが半分、タレかつ丼が小さいサイズである。加えて「栃尾のジャンボ油揚げ」をハーフサイズで注文。迷った末に葱生姜じゃなくて、神楽南蛮味噌を選ぶ。まずは油揚げが登場。おいしい。南蛮味噌で食べるのは初めてだが、お酒に合いそうな味わい。（お酒は注文していない）少し待つとタレかつ丼セットが運ばれてきた。へぎそばおいしいな。そしてお初のタレかつ丼を食べる。あっさりとした味わい。これなら胃もたれしないぞ。完食間違いなしだな。おいしくいただいた。

m	men koike on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 帰省のため長岡にいった際には必ずへぎそばを食べています。いつもは別の店舗に行っていますが、今回初めて殿町の小嶋屋へ。リニューアルしたばかりなのか、内装がとても綺麗で新しく、好印象でした。駅から歩ける距離にある小嶋屋なのでかなり混んでいたため予約をしました。へぎそばはふのりの風味が強く、コシも強め。まさにへぎそばらしいそばです。市販の乾麺などで物足りなく感じる方にとっては大満足なのではないでしょうか。欲を言うなら少しつゆの味が薄めかな？と思いましたが、それによってそばの風味が際立っているとも言えます。合わせて注文したタレかつもとても美味しかったです。 Whenever I go to Nagaoka to go home, I always eat hegi soba noodles.
