★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なかせんの道の駅から車で五分もかからない所にある。地元の人以外あまり来ないようです。なんたって210円と安い。お湯は熱めですけど気持ちよかった("⌒∇⌒")

とてもいい雰囲気の温泉だったのですが。
隣接する「大仙市八乙女交流センター」の浴室が、日帰り入浴可能で、代替施設ということになっているようです。
代替施設ではありますが、そちらには「八乙女温泉さくら荘」の表示はありませんので、代替施設として初めて訪れた人は少し戸惑うかもしれません。私もそうでした。
地域の共同浴場という感じ。
内湯が１つというシンプルな作り。
洗い場が５つだけだが、それで十分。
ただし、夕方などは地元の人で洗い場がいっぱいになることもある。
お湯はそれほど熱く感じないが、お湯あがりにはしばらく汗がふき出すくらい、よく温まる。
入浴料210円。

It was a hot spring with a very nice atmosphere.
It seems that the bathroom of the adjacent "Daisen City Yaotome Exchange Center" is supposed to be an alternative facility where you can take a day trip bath.
Although it is an alternative facility, there is no indication of "Yaotome Onsen Sakuraso", so those who visit for the first time as an alternative facility may be a little confused. Me too, I was like that.
It feels like a communal bath in the area.
Simple construction with one indoor bath.
There are only 5 washrooms, but that's enough.
However, in the evening, the washing area may be filled with locals.
The hot water doesn't feel so hot, but it warms up enough to sweat for a while.
Bathing fee 210 yen.
