源泉掛け流し100パーセント。
大館市役所から東に30分、比内町奥、周りは山に囲まれています。鹿角市花輪からは15分位なそうです。
大葛川畔にある建物は小さく新しくないと思いましたが、館内は掃除が行き届いていて清潔です。
シャンプー、ボディーソープは置いてません。シャワーでなく、横長の丸太をくりぬいて作った中に源泉掛け流しを、おけですくって、体を流します。浴槽は3メール弱台形の1つのみです。窓を開けると良い景色です。
脱衣場には無料ドライヤー1台あります。
ロビーは腰掛け椅子あり自販機もあるので、休憩できます。有料部屋もありました。
受付前には大葛産の美味しそうな新鮮野菜、白菜200円、大根100円、葱100円で販売していましたので、帰りに購入して帰りました。どれも美味しかったです。他には温泉の元など販売していました。お試しで一つ購入。
12月1日からは大葛産のそばも販売スタートするそうです。
受付のスタッフの方がとても親切でしたので、また是非行きたいです。

木桶からお湯を汲む洗い場があるのです！！
常に豊富なお湯が流れているので一人で使用するときは贅沢で趣深く最高です。
複数人で使用する時はお湯を汚さないように使わないといけないのでマナーにご注意を。
洗い場は8箇所
シャワーは無し。
温泉セットは必要です。
温泉は少し熱めのお湯です。
浴槽は深めで座るとお湯が顎の辺りまで来ました。
無色透明で気持ちの良い温泉です。
ただ、問題なのが温泉にたどり着くまでのルートに集落を通ったり道幅が狭い所が何ヵ所かあり、路線バスも通ってるため見通しが悪いところはゆっくり進まないと危ないです。
特に冬期はご注意を。

純粋に温泉を楽しむ事が出来る、昔ながらの共同浴場。
温泉は無色透明、ほんのりとたまご臭がします。
サラサラとした肌触りで、とても肌に馴染むお湯でした。
また、湯温がとても絶妙で何度も出たり入ったりと、じっくり温泉を味わうことが出来ました。
洗い場は貯め湯の温泉を使うと言う極めてシンプルな造りです。
シャワー等を使いたい方は、旅館などの立ち寄り湯の利用をオススメします。
シャワーやドライヤー無し。石鹸類持参です。
営業6時00分～21時00分まで

特徴としては、洗い場には水道、シャワーがない。その代わりに、洗い場の鏡の前に、木をくりぬいたお湯だまり（?）があってそこにお湯が流れ込んでいる。そこからお湯をくんで体を洗うことになる。
とにかくよく温まる。
それほど熱く感じない、優しいお湯だが、お風呂からあがったあとにしばらく汗がとまらない。
浴室の中も、受付前の休憩スペースも、地元の賑やかな会話が飛び交う。
シャンプー、ボディソープの備え付けはない。
脱衣所に無料のロッカーが2つだけあった。あまり地元の人は使わないようでいつも空いているが、それ以外に貴重品を預かる場所がないので、初めての人は少し注意。
入浴料150円。

温泉は透明で源泉。湯量も豊富でした。
