★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼時にためしに入ってみたところ、中華定食のお店とのこと。680円の肉もやしラーメンを注文。相方はネギラーメン+半チャーハンを注文。
店長ひとりでの営業らしく、人が良さそうな感じ。
しばらく待っているといよいよラーメンがやって来た。肉ともやしの炒め物が乗っかってるようで、良い香りが食欲をそそる。スープは中華風味の醤油味。お値段安いのに肉が結構入ってる。細ちぢれ麺がスープに絡まる。
もやしがはいっているので、味が薄くなってきたら好みで胡椒を足しても良いかもしれない。
ネギラーメンはあっさり醤油味で、チャーシューが厚切りハムでかわいい。
味は全体的にあっさり薄口という感じでした。

お腹が空いていたのでラーメン大盛とチャーハン大盛の大盛セットを注文しましたが、ラーメンは昔ながらのあっさりラーメンでチャーハンはシンプルな具材ながらとても美味でした。
価格もリーズナブルでとても良いお店なのですが、一人で切り盛りしているので混んでいる時は若干待たされるかと思います。
店主さんもよいお歳のようなので、少し待たされても長い目で見ていただければと思います。繁盛して欲しいような欲しくないような、複雑な気持ちになりますね。

普通のラーメンはあっさりで優しい味。
それにプラスα的なラーメンが
肉もやしラーメン。
激ウマです。
クセになる肉ともやしの味付け。
麺の茹で具合。
完璧。
この間はスープも全部飲んでしまいました。
五目あんけけ焼きそばもおいしいですよ。
熱すぎて火傷注意レベルです。
火傷してもいいからそのアツアツを
食べたいと言う気持ちで食べてます。
定食のホイコーロー
チンジャオルースーも美味しいです。
量が足りない方はご飯も大盛りしてくれます。
