面が全くほぐされてなく大きなダマになった状態で出てきました。少しくらいなら気にしませんが、酷いダマでした。ホテルの料理とはこういうものかとガッカリしました。料理に対する姿勢とはこういうところなんですよね。分かっててそのまま提供して。
