ただ駅の見た目やトイレなど少し古く感じる部分も多いです。

駅構内にちっちゃいですけどファミリーマートもあります（電子マネー使えます）
モールとララガーデンへ直結しているのが便利で良いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅改札外にファミマあり。定期券販売所あり。ザ・モール仙台長町・ララガーテン長町と直結です。太白区区役所最寄り駅です。
There is a family restaurant outside the station ticket gate. There is a commuter pass sales office. It is directly connected to The Mall Sendai Nagamachi and Laragarten Nagamachi. It is the nearest station to Taebaek Ward Office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トイレはララガーデン側の通路突き当り正面にあります。
近年、モールエスカレーター側にファミマ委託のキオスクができました。地上に出るとまたファミマがあります。7-11は潰れたのでこちらで用事を済ましたほうがいいです。また改札通ってしまうと自販機しかありません。
バス停がわかりにくいのが玉にキズ。尚絅大学行きは2系統あります。新入生は運転手さんに確認してから乗ってください。
The toilet is at the end of the passage on the Lara Garden side and is in front of you.
Recently, a kiosk commissioned by Famima has been opened on the side of the mall escalator. When you go to the ground, there is another family restaurant. 7-11 was crushed, so it's better to finish the work here. Also, if you go through the ticket gate, there is only a vending machine.
It's hard to see the bus stop and it's scratched. There are two routes to Shokei University. Please check with the driver before riding a new student.

食事、ショッピング、映画館と宮城県の駅前では仙台駅の次くらい充実している。

長町南駅は、太白区役所、バスターミナル、ザ・モール、ララガーデンと降りる場所が迷路気味になっているレベル2くらいのダンジョンです。
迷ったら改札降りて左に行けばモールです。
トイレは、左手。
個人的には、ゲオに行くのでバスターミナルあたりで降りることが多いですね。
モールは車やウォーキングがてらいくのが、良きです。
地下鉄自体が30年は超えていてボロさが目立ちます。トイレは改修しているものの、仙台地下鉄は、水もしたたる良い地下鉄に。
ボロいだけです。
あ、ちなみにバスターミナル側から降りて後ろ側にダテバイクがあります。
自転車好きなら是非。便利です。
