★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪でした。星マイナスにしたいくらいですね。店舗内の受付女性は大きなパール付きの色つきマスクに大きなパールピアス、ネイルもパールでキャバ嬢が出てきたのかと思いましたし、左隣にいた上司みたいな男も相当態度が悪いですね。いきなり大きい声出したりして、見るからにダメそうな仲介業者だと思いました。電話の引き継ぎもできておらず、情報の共有もなく、折り返しもなく、よく営業が成り立つ？と思いました。実際、店舗内の雰囲気を見て、すぐ別の大手仲介業者にしましたがこんな案内所みたいな所は初めてでした。
このなかのクチコミもいちいち担当者の名前があったりやたらと3150が目立ちますが、自演乙といったところですね。
絶対に友人知人には薦めません、びっくりしますよ。

春から新社会人になり、初めての一人暮らしをするということで部屋探しを始めました。
｢これだけは譲れない！！｣というポイントや自分の生活のイメージすら全く出来ていないところからのスタートでしたが、親身に相談に乗って頂いたおかげで良いお部屋、そして自分の生活をイメージすることが出来ました。
対応に関して遅いと感じたことは1度もなく、契約内容や必要書類に関しての質問をこちらの都合で夜遅くに聞いてしまったことが何度もありましたが、その日中に返信を頂けることも多く、大変満足しています。
また機会がありましたら八津尾さんに担当していただきたいと考えておりますので、宜しくお願い致します。
