★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鷄味座軽井沢店の土屋料理長が起業した新しい綺麗なお店。落ち着けるカウンターと半個室のテーブル席がありました。メニューはシンプルに6千円くらいのお任せ料理1本になっている。焼き鳥と小さな季節の料理物が交互のように出て来る新しいスタイルが何とも楽しいです。
焼肉一龍の隣。入り口分かりにくいです。
A new and beautiful restaurant founded by Chef Tsuchiya of the Aoyama Torimikura store. There was a calm counter and table seats in a semi-private room. The menu is simply one dish for about 6,000 yen. The new style of alternating yakitori and small seasonal dishes is really fun.
Next to Yakiniku Ichiryu. The entrance is difficult to understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 軽井沢を知り尽くした会社経営者に連れて行ってもらいました。カウンターのみのお店ですが、それゆえにスタッフとの会話も楽しく食事ができます。オーナーさんの素材に対するこだわりは感銘いたしました。もちろん飲み物にもこだわりが。。
軽井沢に行く際は行くべきと思います。また伺います。
因みに予約しないと満席の可能性が多いです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「旨い焼き鳥が無い」と聞いていた軽井沢で超優良店です。わずか１０席のカウンターの予約困難店、東京の有名店を食べ尽くした若旦那に誘われ同伴しました。焼き鳥の合間に小鉢料理を混じえたコースでした。〆の茶漬けマデ大満足でした。美しく旨い料理に説明は不要ですが、不思議、肉は焼くと縮むイメージだが、土屋さんの作は膨らむ。餅や飴細工を見ているようで楽しい。お手頃の安い店ではないですが、都内の高級店より３割ほど安価です。ワインも酒も、お手頃〜高級品まで有りました。次回も楽しみ。。

すべてにバランスのいい気持ちの良いお店です
予約できたことがラッキーでした。
焼き鳥ではなく、割烹ですよね
隣席の方の、炭火割烹だね、という評、同感でした。
大阪から軽井沢は、先日行った利尻島より時間がかかりますが、こんなお店があるんだ！の楽しみが詰まったやはり魅力的な街です。
鳥高、いいお店です！
