い	いの on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客と料理は良かった。若いスタッフが多く、皆さん頑張っていた。支払いの時だけ、経営者？女将？とおぼしき老人男女が現れた。出迎えの際や滞在中は一度も見かけなかったが、金を払う時にだけ現れたのには笑ってしまった。室内は掃除が不十分。まとまに出来てなかった。トイレのスイッチや窓などは汚ない。細かい所はホコリだらけで汚なかった。リピートは無い。 The customer service and food were good. a	anpuco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1階の客室露天風呂は景色は全く見えないので、部屋で温泉だけを満喫したい人向き。お湯は24時間出てるので衛生的だと思うが、源泉表示など何もない。無色透明匂いもない、加温、濾過に加水多くて薄いのか？けどしっかり温まるので温泉なんだと思う。湯船は2人でもゆったり入れる十分な大きさでとてもリラックスできます。残念なのは喫煙コーナーのタバコ臭気が時々漂ってきてせっかくの露天風呂気分が台無しでした。食事は本当に品数と量だけ半端なく多い！虹鱒と上州牛のすき焼きは美味しかった。きれいに盛り付けされてるのに、品数を無理矢理多くしてる感が残念かなー。あと3品は減らして、丁寧な料理を適量出してくれる方が個人的には幸せになれますね。スタッフさんは皆さん感じの良い方で対応もよく好印象。部屋は掃除が行き届いていてアメニティも充実してます。食事が良ければ満点かな。支払いが現金のみ！ってもの驚きでした。 The open-air bath in the guest room on the first floor does not have a view at all, so it is suitable for people who want to enjoy only the hot springs in the room. I could see the cherry blossoms from the open-air bath in the room and it was the best. The customer service and food of all the employees were wonderful and it was a great trip. thank you
4	402 taba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お部屋もお料理も温泉も申し分ないくらいよかったです。山の幸や地元の食材を使った食事に感動し、看板猫ちゃんや鯉に癒されました。サービスの生菓子もとってもおいしかったです。一つだけ残念だったのは御食事処の接客。良い方もいましたが、一部の人は近所の居酒屋並の接客で、料理の名前忘れました！と言われた時は笑うしかありませんでした。また、連泊にも関わらず、出かけるか否かや夕食の時間を聞かれず、こちらから呼び止めて伝えたのに伝達されてない…など。上記の件以外とても素晴らしいので、季節を変えてもう一度利用したいと思います。 The rooms, food and hot springs were perfect. The food was pretty tasty. They do not serve fish “because this is Gunma”. Interesting that. In place I was served a variety of well prepared mushrooms. The highlight was the second to last course, agemono. Persimmon Agemono? A big hit for me. Yummy です！I won’t be back because of the price and the slightly inconvenient location. You won’t regret shelling out the yens. Life is short my friend.
