★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 検診のたび寄らせてもらっています。とてもいい雰囲気の店なんですが、閑静な場所にあるせいか、それほど混みあっていないので、ゆったり過ごせます。コーヒーとってもおいしいです。
 I visit every time I have a medical examination. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere, but it's not so crowded, probably because it's in a quiet place, so you can spend a relaxing time. The coffee is very delicious.

にもかかわらず、店員さんの対応がとても丁寧で親切でした！
挽いてもらった珈琲、とっても美味しく家でいただいています。
次は違う味を試してみようかな…と、楽しみです。
I was curious, but I couldn't get the time right ... I was finally able to go to the store just before closing.
Nevertheless, the clerk's response was very polite and kind!
The coffee that was ground is very delicious at home.
I'm looking forward to trying a different taste next time.

父の日のプレゼントを購入するため伺いました。
平日でしたが、ちょうどお昼時だったのでお店には常連のお客さんが次々と来店されていました。
ランチタイムの忙しい時間帯でしたが接客はとても丁寧で、
詳しい商品説明や素敵なラッピングをしていただけたので嬉しかったです。
店員さんは笑顔が素敵な方でした。
・アイスコーヒー(粉) 200g 864円(税込)
・コーヒーラスク 432円
・紅茶缶(ディンブラ) 150g 1296円 を購入。
コーヒーの味についてはギフトとして購入したので分かりませんが、
お店にはとても良い(コーヒーの)香りが漂っていたので、
いつか自宅用にも購入したいです。
紅茶缶はとても高級感ある見た目なので、ギフトにおすすめです。
コーヒーラスクはコーヒーに合いそうですし、珍しいかな？と思って毎回買ってます(ギフトなので実際食べてはいませんが…)。
もっとオリジナルの焼き菓子(コーヒークッキーやマドレーヌなど？)増やしていただけたら嬉しいです。
(個人的に感じたこと)
美味しいコーヒーと紅茶の淹れ方を知りたくて、日米珈琲さんのHPを拝見しました。
ホットコーヒーの抽出手順マニュアルは見つけたのですが、アイスコーヒーと紅茶の抽出手順マニュアルは見つけられませんでした。
紅茶の缶の後ろにも記載ありませんでした(大概の紅茶缶には簡単な淹れ方の説明があるように思います)。
もし可能でしたら、HPの抽出手順マニュアルをより充実していただけると参考になりますし嬉しいです。
また、アレンジレシピなども載せていただけると、より一層日米珈琲さんの商品を楽しめるのではないかと思いました。

I visited to buy a present for Father's Day.
It was a weekday, but it was just noon, so regular customers came to the store one after another.
It was a busy time at lunch time, but the customer service was very polite,
I was glad that you gave me a detailed product description and wonderful wrapping.
The clerk had a nice smile.
・ Ice coffee (powder) 200g 864 yen (tax included)
・ Coffee rusk 432 yen
・ Purchased a tea can (dimbula) 150g for 1296 yen.
I don't know about the taste of coffee because I bought it as a gift,
The shop had a very nice (coffee) scent, so
I want to buy it for my home someday.
Tea cans have a very luxurious appearance, so they are recommended as gifts.
Coffee rusks seem to go well with coffee, isn't it rare? I buy it every time (I haven't actually eaten it because it's a gift ...).
I would be grateful if you could increase the number of original baked goods (coffee cookies, madeleines, etc.?).
(What I personally felt)
I wanted to know how to make delicious coffee and tea, so I visited the website of Mr. Japan-US Coffee.
I found a hot coffee brewing procedure manual, but I couldn't find an iced coffee and tea brewing procedure manual.
It wasn't even mentioned on the back of the tea can (I think most tea cans have a simple brewing instructions).
If possible, I would be grateful if you could improve the HP extraction procedure manual.
Also, I thought that if you could post the arrangement recipes, you would be able to enjoy the products of Japanese and American coffee even more.
(I'm sorry if I just overlooked it)
