★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 関東の方々の食生活に少しでも馴染もうと、初めて『コロッケそば』なるものをオーダー。
うん、なるほど。そーゆう事か。
蕎麦のつゆに、コロッケの衣や具がどこまで馴染むのだろうか？と想像してはいたが、なんとも不思議な感覚...馴染んでない！！
誤解をしないでほしいですが、馴染んでないという表現は決して否定しているわけではなく、美味しくないという意味でもありません。
ノーマルな蕎麦を食べていたとして『おかずにもう一品欲しいな』って時、あるじゃないですか。
そこに別皿でコロッケが出てきたとして、パクっとひと口。
ホクホクじゃがいもの優しい甘さある懐かしいコロッケが、少しだけ口に残っている状態で、蕎麦の出汁をちょっとだけズズズ...おぉ〜温かい。
コロッケはコロッケ、蕎麦は蕎麦。
この感覚がたまたまビジュアル的に同じグループにまとめられただけ。
美味いのは美味いのです。ただ、特別なじみが良いとか、味の化学変化が起こるとか、そーゆう訳ではない。

Croquette is croquette, soba is soba.
It just happened to be the same group visually.
Delicious is delicious. However, it does not mean that the special familiarity is good or the chemical change of taste occurs.

値段も中々で、メニューも豊富でした。
老害？かな？個人的には、選ぶのに苦労したのを覚えています。
因みに、味は問題ないと思いました。

入口に券売機があり紅生姜天そばを購入しました。蕎麦は平打ち麺みたいな感じです。紅生姜天はまんま紅生姜感が強く私の好みではありませんでした。もう少し衣があれば良かったと思います。スープはかなり濃い感じで少し乱暴なイメージを受けました。こちらももう少しまろやかなら良かったと思います。スタッフの方の対応は比較的良いのではないでしょうか。
富士そばは店ごとのオリジナリティが強いのがメリットですが今回は少し残念でした
I entered the store around 11:30 on weekdays.
There was a ticket vending machine at the entrance and I bought red pickled ginger Tensoba. Soba is like flat noodles. Red pickled ginger heaven had a strong sense of pickled ginger and was not my favorite. I wish I had a little more clothes. The soup was quite thick and had a slightly rough image. I wish it was a little more mellow. I think the staff's response is relatively good.
Fuji Soba has the advantage of having a strong originality for each store, but this time it was a little disappointing.
