活イカをご予約いただいていたにもかかわらず、当日入荷が無かったことに対する店の対応の悪さをご指摘いただいたのですね。
本当に申し訳ございません。
当店に生きたイカを食べたいとご来店なさる皆様に、せひお気を付けいただきたいと思います。
日本では、この口コミを書く平成30年10月時点から2年ほど前から、活
イカにかかわらずイカそのものが不漁状態となっております。
よっちゃの酢漬けイカや、いかめしの30年ぶりの値上げなど、深刻なイカ不足が続いております。
詳しくはネットで【イカ不漁】で検索していただくと、お判りいただけると思います。
では、なべしまでは、てゅるちゅるさんのご指摘いただいた貴重なご意見を参考にし、今後はイカをご予約いただいた時点で、今まで申し上げていた「イカの入荷は当日までわかりません。もし入荷したら優先的に確保しておきます。」という案内だけでなく、未入荷が判明した場合は即座にご連絡を取らせていただくということに決定いたしました。
また、ご予約なしで活きたイカを食べたいとご来店する場合は、必ずイカの入荷状況をご確認下さることをおすすめしております。お気軽にお電話にてお問合せくださいませ。

In Japan, it has been active for about two years since October 2018 when I wrote this review.
Regardless of the squid, the squid itself is in a non-fishing state.
There is a serious shortage of squid, such as squid pickled in squid and the price increase of ikameshi for the first time in 30 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二度と行きません。座敷の床は抜けていて、室内はまぁ汚い。お会計では平気で当初の値段以上を請求してきて、注意しても謝罪なく逆ギレ。
味は普通、働いているスタッフがクソなので数年後潰れているかと思います。
