尚且つ、味付けが素人の意気を出ていないようで、午後９時まで営業だが夕刻以降の客は見当たらない。

タンメン、ギョウザを頼みます。
麺は太麺・細麺を好みで頼めるようです、わたしは太麺で。
普通に美味しいです? ギョウザは手作りのようです。地元の昭和からやってる食堂の郷愁を感じれてお腹一杯です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職人みたいな人のたまり場になっていて入りづらい感じ。でも定食の味には、ビックリ！！物凄く美味かった。
It's a hangout for people like craftsmen, so it's hard to enter. But I was surprised at the taste of the set meal! !! It was really delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022.2/6（日）蔓延防止のさなか、お昼に、初めてお店にはいりましたが、料理人の年配の男性のかたが、マスクもしないで、女性パートさん２名（マスク着用）と会話しながら、料理を作ってました。また、常連さんと思われる年配男性2人が後から入店してきて、その方々もマスク非着用で、お店で会話してました。店主男性もマスクなし、お客さんにも注意をしないで、コロナ対策の意識がない、不衛生なお店と感じました。二度と行きたくないお店です。

先客は1組3名(既に酒盛り中でした?)
みそチャーシューメン太麺900円を注文しました。
ビジュアルが最高♪
厚めのチャーシューが4枚。野菜もたくさん入っていました。
醤油味や塩味食べてみたくなりました。

ラーメンとチャーハンを食べました。
ラーメンは昔ながらのラーメンでした。スープの濃さは、少し濃いめで、自分には最高です。しかも、麺の太さが選べるのも良いです。
チャーハンは、しっとりチャーハンで、味は薄めでした。自分には残念でした。
昔ながらの、食堂です。
地元の人が、ご飯を食べに来たり、飲みに来る場所です。
今度は、巻狩ラーメンやにんにくラーメンを食べてみたいです。
