★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 十数年前、三洋住宅さんで自宅を建てましたが、数年後に屋根の一部が少し剥がれ修理を頼みましが、その日はくぎ一本打つだけ、台風によりまたそこが剥がれました、そしてまた修理を依頼しどれぐらい破損してるか見に来た営業の人が以前修理に来た人が「また壊れるわ」と会社で発言していたと言っていました、その営業の人が一度帰って会社でどうするか上司と相談するといい帰って行きました。しかし一ヶ月経っても連絡無し、会社に連絡したところ上司にその話は届いておらず上司が謝罪に来ました。その上司が「今度はしっかり対応します」と言い残し帰りました。
そこから音沙汰無しでもう2年
最悪です

However, even after a month, I did not contact him, and when I contacted the company, the story did not reach my boss and my boss came to apologize. The boss left behind saying, "I will respond firmly this time."
It's been two years since then without any sound

築40年の鉄筋コンクリートの床を直すことになりこの際ダイニングもリビングも玄関もと大きなリフォームする事になり今回もお願いしました。
抜けない柱があったりして難しかったのですが、根気よく話を聞いてくれて実現してくれました。
今とても快適になりました。

住み始める時期を決めていたこともあり、2月ごろから打ち合わせを始めましたが、短い相談期間にもかかわらず頻繁に打ち合わせの機会を設けてくださいました。
着工からも暑い中、急ピッチで工事を進めてくださり、無事9月末の引き渡しとなりました。
細かいデザイン等の要望にも応えてくださり、理想通りの家になりました。
雰囲気も木のあたたかい感じがとても気に入っています。
その後の定期点検等のアフターフォローも充実していると思います。
三洋住宅さんにお願いしてよかったなと思っています。
