皆さま、お気をつけください。
亡き父との思い出の詰まった別宅のリフォームを、私の高齢の母が、障害者1級の兄のために依頼しました。
しかし、
工期はなんと2年遅れ、
図面すら作らず行き当たりばったりの工事、
料金は2つの他業者さんに後から適正料金か確認したらぼったくりも酷く、新築が建つほどの料金、
嘘ばっかりつく、
耐震工事が基本的な依頼でしたが、耐震には一切なってないどころか、元々あった、特別に大きな梁を撤去して盗まれ、
契約書すら作らず、
めちゃくちゃな工事をされていました。
私が異変に気付き、工事依頼から2年後に窓口になったころには支払いもほぼ終えており手遅れでした。
言い訳は「安くする為に職人の手が空いてる時に少しずつ進めてるから仕方ない」「任されてるから説明する必要がないから図面を作ってない」「お母さんとの信頼関係があるから契約書を作っていない」
などなど‥
工期は一切守らない、嘘つき、ぼったくり、
老人や障害者を馬鹿にした、
本当に酷い業者です。
みなさん、お気をつけください。
地元の評判も最悪です。

My elderly mother requested a remodeling of a separate house full of memories with my deceased father for my first-grade brother with disabilities.
But,
The construction period was delayed by 2 years,
Random construction without making drawings,
If you check the price with two other vendors afterwards, the rip-off is terrible, and the price for building a new building,
I'm just lying
The basic request was earthquake-resistant construction, but instead of being completely earthquake-resistant, the original large beam was removed and stolen,
Without even making a contract
It was a mess of construction.
It was too late because I noticed something unusual, and when I became the window two years after the construction request, payment was almost completed.
The excuse is "it can't be helped because the craftsmen are working slowly to make it cheaper" "I don't need to explain it because I'm entrusted with it" "I have a relationship of trust with my mom I haven't made it."

I will not keep the construction period at all, liar, ripped off,
Fooling the old and the disabled,
A really terrible contractor.
Please be careful, everyone.
The local reputation is also the worst.
