★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ストレッチは少な目で、大半は揉みほぐしでした。
ストレッチメインを期待してたので残念でした。
揉みほぐしは痛すぎて、終わったあともスッキリしませんでした。
 The stretch was a little, and most of it was kneading.
I was disappointed because I was expecting a stretch main.
The kneading was so painful that I didn't feel refreshed after it was over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事帰りに疲れた体をと、関内近辺で検索していきました。横浜銀行の上でわかりやすく、スムーズにたどり着きました。
店内は程よく明るくて、清潔感あって居心地はなかなか良かったです。
最初のチェックの後に今の体についての説明を受け、自分の体にあった整体とストレッチを組み合わせた感じで気持ち良く、疲れも軽くしてもらえました。最後には日々のアドバイスもしてもらえて、大満足でした。
今後も通わせてもらう予定です。
I searched around the Kannai area for tired bodies after work. It was easy to understand on the Bank of Yokohama and arrived smoothly.
The shop was reasonably bright, clean and comfortable.
After the first check, I was given an explanation about my current body, and I felt that the combination of manipulative treatment and stretching that suits my body was comfortable, and I was less tired. At the end, I was very satisfied with the daily advice.
I plan to continue to pass in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 関内駅方面に出かけた時に空き時間できたので利用させてもらいました。
まだ新しいお店のようで、居心地よく過ごしてほしいというお店側の想いが、アロマをたいたり、お店の方の応対に良く出ていて、感じが良かったです。
整体も当たった方は非常に詳しくて、上手いと感じました。
もっと素敵な店になりそうなので、これからも時々使わせてもらって、応援していきたいなと思っています。
