★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アポ取りたくても担当の人あいていない、予定が分かり次第折り返し電話しますと言われたが1週間まっても結局電話こなかったのでこちらから電話したら休み、なので伝言伝えてもらって次の日電話しますと言われたがまたまたこず。
不親切すぎて星1もあげたくない。
ここは絶対オススメしない。
 Even if I wanted to make an appointment, the person in charge was not available, and I was told that I would call back as soon as I knew the schedule, but I did not call after a week, so I will take a break if I call from here, so I got a message and the next day I was told to call, but I couldn't do it again.
I don't want to give 1 star because it's too unfriendly.
I definitely don't recommend it here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星を一つも付けたくはないが、契約する多くの人が騙されているので書こうと思う。ミニミニは、入居者に対し、非常に不明瞭な下記のような費用を請求している。「消毒料：16,500円」
「ミニミニライフサポート料：3,500円/月」といったものだ。(「ミニミニ安心サポート料」という名目の時もある)。
これらは、本来払う必要のないものだが、まるで契約に必要な費用であるかのように当然のように請求してくる。
実際には「消毒」などはせいぜい、除菌スプレー的なものをシュッシュするだけ。
「ミニミニライフサポート」などと称しているものは、実際には管理会社が当然すべき電話対応などを指しており、実体のないものである。
こうした実体のない「サービス」に高額な対価を付し、しかも契約時に絶対必要な費用であるかのように請求に含めてくるやり方は、極めて悪徳と言わざるを得ない。
他にも、敷金と、入居時に支払う「内装工事費」、そして退去時費用との関係性など、追求すればいくらでも不正のボロが出てくるだろう。
これはミニミニに限ったことではなく、他の悪徳業者にも見られる。
こう言った悪徳な商法について、ミニミニ含め悪徳な宅建業者全体に対し、当局のメス入れが必要だと強く思う。

なんとか予約を入れましたが、

という有様。
お客よりも大事な用事ってなんなのか気になります。。
そもそもその物件も始めてきたらしく説明も素人レベル。
質問の返答も適当でした。
ミニミニは評判通りのレベルでした。
この種のお店は 店長のレベル自体低いと思います。
まずは店長の選任方法を会社が改善しないといつまでも続くと思われます。
