★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 来店時、お客がお店の中に居るのに大声で店員同士で話していてびっくりしました。特に業務的な内容ではなく私的な話をしていました。
髪染めた大学生と高校〜大学ぐらいの女性店員が店にいましたが
女性店員の方は小銭を大きく音を立てて置くわ喋り方も振る舞いも人を見下したような接客でとても不愉快。 他の方の評価と似たような内容があるので同じ店員だと思います。 同じく接客業でアルバイトをしていますが こんなに不快になったのは初めてです。
もし本人に自覚がなくあのような接客になってしまっているのなら他の方が教えるべきですが、この口コミもきっと見ていないのでしょうね。
改善されることを願っております。
When I came to the store, I was surprised to hear that the clerk talked loudly even though the customer was inside the store. I was talking about private matters, not business content.
There were college students who dyed their hair and female clerk from high school to college.
The female clerk puts coins in a loud noise. The way she talks and the way she behaves is very unpleasant because she looks down on people. I think they are the same clerk because they have similar contents to the evaluations of other people. I also have a part-time job in the hospitality business, but this is the first time I've been so uncomfortable.
If the person is not aware of it and has become such a customer service, other people should teach it, but I'm sure they haven't seen this review either.
I hope it will be improved.
