Has something in closer taste and resemblance to Kerala Chai Shop special, Vettu Cake is specially recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great grocery selection at very good prices...highly recommend their pre cut salmon and chicken trays. They also have a always on sale for in-season fruits. Staff are very helpful and have always helped a non Japanese speaker like me whenever I had a question (Google translate ?). And do remember to sign up for their in-house load-and-pay payment card which gives you 1% cash back for all purchases.
Also, if you are looking for cooked Japanese meals, they have a good selection of in-house cooked bento boxes. And if you can come in and around 8PM, you usually get great deals on the cooked meals.
